We understand that life is busy, so if for some reason you are unable to attend your appointment please give 12 hours notice so that your appointment time can be offered to someone else. 

A late cancellation/no-show fee of 50% of the appointment fee applies if notice is not given for a consultation.

Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to pre-pay for the consultation.

For Group Exercise Classes
A $10 late cancellation/no-show fee applies.
If repeated, a class will be forfeited from a pre-purchased package. If a package has not been purchased, the individual will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed class.
